must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of
this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals.
Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring
DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use
personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to
make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information
already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for

11. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your personal information won't be sold or shared with any third parties for marketing
or promotional purposes. 1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and
notify clients of schedule updates or important changes. 2. You can cancel the SMS
service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us,
we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After
this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just
sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the
keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at
Gladys@CanaanHomesFL.com. 4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages. 5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to
you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any
questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
12. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant
